1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with portfolio.ekunyansamuel.dev, using our web simulators, or initiating communication with our automated WhatsApp or Telegram bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or bots.

2. Description of Bot Automation Services

We provide interactive automated software agents ("Bots") for business workflow automation, customer inquiry intake, booking schedules, tracking updates, and hosted payment redirection. You acknowledge that initial interactions are managed by deterministic software algorithms and AI-assisted language models designed to assist human operations.

3. WhatsApp & Telegram Messaging Standards

• User-Initiated Contact: Our bots respond to inbound messages sent by you. We do not engage in unsolicited mass spam or cold outbound messaging.
• Opt-Out Protocol: You may terminate automated communications at any time by messaging STOP or EXIT.
• Compliance with Platform Rules: Use of our WhatsApp bot is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Payments & Commercial Orders

• Hosted Third-Party Checkout: When placing an order, our bots generate secure hosted checkout links (via Flutterwave, Paystack, or NOWPayments). No financial data is processed directly inside chat bubbles.
• Fulfillment & Verification: An order is deemed confirmed only after an automated, cryptographic webhook callback verifies full receipt of funds.
• Public Demos: All public browser demos default to simulation mode with zero financial liability.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to flood, denial-of-service, or disrupt bot endpoints or webhooks.
• Inject malicious payloads, script attacks, or fraudulent payment signatures.
• Use automated bots for illegal transactions, prohibited goods, or harassment.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and rapid webhook processing, we are not liable for network downtimes, telecom provider latency, or delays arising from Meta or Telegram infrastructure outages.

7. Governing Law & Inquiries
